Weimaraner care at home
Weimaraner Care has features to consider.
The Weimar Pointing Dog feels best in a large house with a decent territory, where there is the opportunity to run a lot and conduct research. But short hair does not allow them to live outside in the cold season, therefore, even if you live outside the city, the dog should be able to be in a warm room.
If you live in an apartment, you will have to devote a lot of time to training and active long walks.
Otherwise, you and the neighbors will be deafened by the continuous barking, and the interior will undergo changes that you probably will not like.
Wool Weimar Pointing Dog does not require special care. It is short, tight-fitting and stiff, without undercoat, so it can be cleaned with a rubber brush or a special glove. But if you have a long-haired Weimaraner species, you will have to comb out your pet daily and bathe once every 2 months.
Hygienic care for the Weimaraner is essential. Brush your Weimaraner’s ears weekly, brush your teeth regularly, and cut your claws.

The attention of the owner is vitally important for the Weimaraner, so he will be happy to take part in all your adventures and household chores.
